Our Mission

Founder Jan Vivian felt a clear and powerful calling from God—to “feed and care for those who have no one and nowhere.” It wasn’t limited to children, but to anyone in need. That vision stayed with her for years until it could no longer be ignored.

With quiet determination and deep faith, we opened the doors of The Way Inn to a few children in need. The response was immediate, and the need kept growing. Today, The Way Inn supports 37 children, offering them meals, education, and a place where they are loved and known by name.

In 2024, thanks to remarkable generosity and God’s provision, we were able to purchase a dedicated house to become the new home for The Way Inn. While we are no longer in the original church building, our connection with Victory Church remains strong. The church continues to be a faithful and valued partner in our work.
